1. Senior Executive - Electrical Design
Job Description:
Project Execution
- Taking project handover from design & estimation as allocated by team lead (Especially Critical Projects).
- Getting clarity about critical aspects of the project and highlighting the same.
- Project planning.
- Execution of projects.
- Identifying bottle necks and highlighting the same.
- Filling-out checklists for Checker-Maker process.
- Handling works in case of absence of a team member/lead.
- Project documentation.
- Knowledge and compliance with IS codes/ IEC standards for electrical designing
- Assisting in process development.
- Assist in creating the technical database.
2. Manager - Design
Job Description:
Project Execution
- RFQ Feasibility check with Sales.
- Assisting team members in their project planning.
- Reviewing execution of projects.
- Taking corrective actions in project execution if required.
- Verifying and approving checklists filled by team members.
- Assisting team members in technical aspects.
- Lead and manage electrical engineering design team for engineering.
- Technical evaluation on quotations/ proposals/ Tenders from suppliers, contractors, sales team.
- Knowledge and compliance with IS codes/ IEC standards for electrical designing
- Coordination with customers, management, project teams, own/ other mechanical design teams, support teams such as procurement, etc. throughout the project cycle
Team Management & Development:
- Responsible person to lead the electrical department in plant ensuring that electrical and automation services are provided in efficient manner within given time frame to ensure smooth operation of plant in safe and reliable manner.
- Creating technical database.
- Identifying new software methodologies and implementing them.
- Making software development more efficient and faster.
- Developing process document to use smooth project execution
